Damaged boarding passes or boarding passes without barcodes will not be accepted for boarding and new boarding passes must be requested at the counter.

The service will be available for the locators that meet the following conditions:

  • Passengers travelling in seat or non-shared cabin accommodation.
  • Vehicles of any kind.


  • Group locators.
  • Locators operated by Trasmapi and Menorca Lines.
  • Locators operated by GNV (Grandi Navi Veloci).

These boarding passes must be collected at the counter. In the case of locators operated by Trasmapi and Menorca Lines, check-in can only be done at the port offices of the operating company.

Once you have checked in and boarding passes have been issued, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
