Damaged boarding passes or boarding passes without barcodes will not be accepted for boarding and new boarding passes must be requested at the counter.
The service will be available for the locators that meet the following conditions:
Exceptions:
Boarding passes including passengers with special needs, groups or GNV (Grandi Navi Veloci) locators must be collected at the Trasmed ticket offices.
In the case of bookings operated by Trasmapi, Menorca Lines or Grimaldi Lines, check-in must be made exclusively at the operating company's port ticket offices.
Once you have checked in and boarding passes have been issued, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
