Special offer for ferry travel to Italy and the Balearic Islands

You can benefit from two types of discounts:
- A discount on Trasmed routes (Barcelona–Ibiza, Barcelona–Alcúdia, Barcelona–Palma, Barcelona–Mahón, Valencia–Ibiza, Valencia–Palma and Valencia–Mahón, and vice versa) and Grimaldi Lines routes (Barcelona–Civitavecchia and Barcelona–Porto Torres, and vice versa) when both bookings are made at the same time.
- A discount on the above-mentioned Trasmed and Grimaldi Lines routes when the tickets are purchased separately.
Offer validity
This offer is valid for all departures available for sale.
To benefit from the discount with both companies, tickets must be purchased simultaneously by 31 December 2026.
Alternatively, if you have already travelled with one of the two companies during 2025 or 2026, you can benefit from the discount with the other company by making your second booking for travel up to 31 December 2026.
Discount application
The Trasmed discount is 20% and applies to the passenger fare, accommodation supplements, vehicle and pets. It does not apply to onboard services, booking fees or any items not expressly mentioned above.
The Grimaldi Lines discount is 20% and applies to the basic fare, accommodation supplements, vehicle and pets. It does not apply to taxes, EU ETS costs, onboard services (such as meals, Wi-Fi and pets in cabins) or insurance.
How to book the offer
The discount cannot be obtained by booking through the website or via intermediaries (travel agencies, tour operators or online booking platforms).
If you wish to purchase tickets for both Trasmed and Grimaldi Lines at the same time, you must send an email to callcenter@trasmed.com requesting both bookings in the same email.
If you have already purchased a ticket with Trasmed or Grimaldi Lines during 2025 or 2026 and now wish to travel with the other company, you must:
- Send an email to reservas@grimalditour.com if your new booking is with Grimaldi Lines.
- Send an email to callcenter@trasmed.com if your new booking is with Trasmed on its Balearic routes.
In both cases, you must attach the ticket purchased with the first ferry company. In other words, in order for the discount to be applied to your new booking, you must include your previously purchased ticket(s) in your email.
In your email, you should refer to this offer, request the application of the discount for one or both routes and, if the bookings were made separately, attach the first ticket already purchased.
Combining this offer with other promotions
The Trasmed offer cannot be combined with any other special promotions available at the time of booking. It is not valid for open-return or open tickets.
The Grimaldi Lines offer can be combined with other special promotions available at the time of booking. However, it cannot be combined with agreements or resident/native fares, unless otherwise specified in the applicable terms and conditions.
Ticket cancellation and changes
Trasmed tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable (Non-Flexible Fare).
For Grimaldi Lines, the offer applies to both Standard Fare and Special Fare tickets. Ticket change and cancellation policies are subject to the general conditions applicable to the selected fare type.
