Question 1

How early should I arrive at the port to board the Alcúdia to Ciutadella ferry?

Accepted Answer

To ensure your journey starts as smoothly as possible, we recommend arriving at the terminal with sufficient time in advance. If you are travelling with your own vehicle, you must check in at least one hour before the scheduled departure. If you are travelling as a foot passenger, arriving thirty minutes before departure will be sufficient. Please note that boarding closes after these deadlines, and you will not be able to access the vessel. To speed up the process and avoid queues at the ticket office, we recommend downloading your boarding passes directly to your mobile phone using our free app. As part of the Grimaldi Group, we operate a highly efficient service, so punctuality is essential to maintaining our schedules.
