Everything you need to know before boarding
Have your documentation ready before boarding
All passengers, including minors, must travel with an original and valid identification document:
- DNI (National ID card)
- NIE (Foreign National Identification Number)
- Passport
You will also need your boarding pass, either in digital or printed format.
In the case of discounted fares (residents or large families), you must present the supporting document to claim the discount.
Traveling with minors
Minors under 14 years old without a DNI or passport may travel with:
-
Family Record Book (Libro de Familia)
-
Civil Registry Certificate
-
Birth Certificate
Additionally, they must always travel accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized person.
Under no circumstances may they travel alone (without an adult companion). If the accompanying person is not a parent or legal guardian, an authorization letter signed by the parents delegating care of the minor to the specified person must be presented (the documentation must include a photocopy of the parent's DNI or Passport and the birth certificate listing the minor and the authorizing parent).

When to go to the ticket office
You will need to go to the ticket office if:
- You must prove eligibility for discounts or special fares.
- You need to validate your residence status because the system could not verify it automatically.
In these cases, remember to always bring original and valid documentation.
Recommendation before your trip
If you need to carry out procedures at the ticket office, we recommend doing so in advance to avoid waiting on the day of departure. ✨
