Benefits of traveling with your vehicle

Before traveling, please check that:
-

-
License plate, make, model, and dimensions match the details specified in your booking.
-
The vehicle corresponds to the booked category. If the vehicle falls into a higher fare tier than booked, the price difference must be paid. Trasmed reserves the right to request the vehicle technical sheet (ficha técnica) for verification.

For safety reasons, garages remain closed during the crossing; accessing your vehicle will not be permitted until arrival at the destination port.

Vehicles permitted on board
Bring your vehicle on board and enjoy the freedom to move at your own pace at your destination. Whether exploring Balearic coves or driving through mainland landscapes, you choose the route and where to stop. Plan your itinerary, discover new spots, and enjoy a hassle-free vacation with plenty of room for spontaneity.
Check-in & arrival times
If traveling with a vehicle, you must arrive at the boarding area within the required lead time for your route.
As a general rule, we recommend arriving at the port 90 minutes before departure. The final check-in deadline for vehicle boarding is 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Beyond this limit, Trasmed cannot guarantee vehicle boarding.
Boarding of passengers and vehicles
Vehicles must always board with a driver. Trailers must board attached to the towing vehicle.
Please follow port staff and crew instructions at all times.

Electric mobility devices
For safety reasons and to prevent potential fire hazards associated with lithium-ion batteries, charging batteries for all electric mobility devices (scooters, bicycles, unicycles, Segways, hoverboards, or any other electric vehicle) is strictly prohibited on board vessels.
Passengers will be held liable for any incident arising from non-compliance with onboard safety and conduct regulations
Recreational boats and trailers
If you travel with a recreational boat, it must board attached to the vehicle transporting it.
Total dimensions are calculated based on the combined length of the vehicle plus the boat (including tow bar) and the overall height of the unit. Fares may vary according to route and final dimensions.
